What this job involves.

The role involves leading and supporting security and risk consulting engagements across diverse sectors, ensuring high standards of project delivery, technical accuracy, client satisfaction and commercial effectiveness.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting site survey assessments, preparing detailed technical reports, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

What you will be doing.

  • Review, validate and finalise assessment findings, observations and recommendations through detailed reports and presentations.
  • Prepare concept design reports, technical recommendations, gap assessment reports and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop security system design inputs for CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter Protection, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm interfaces and other ELV and security systems.
  • Prepare technical specifications, drawings, schematics, layouts and design documentation using AutoCAD or Revit, wherever required.
  • Assist in preparation of tender documents, Requests for Proposal (RFP), technical bid documents and comparative evaluations.
  • Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), technical compliance sheets and cost estimation documents.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, contractors and cross-functional teams for technical inputs, design validation and solution finalisation.
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops and review discussions to present findings and proposed solutions.
  • Ensure all deliverables are aligned with client requirements, operational needs and industry best practices.
What we are looking for

The profile that fits this mandate.

  • 3–5 years of experience designing ELV or electronic security systems, ideally in a consulting or system integration environment.
  • Hands-on design knowledge of CCTV, access control, perimeter protection and intrusion detection systems, and of fire alarm interfaces.
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, and ideally Revit, for schematics, layouts and design documentation.
  • Experience preparing technical specifications, Bills of Quantities and cost estimation documents.
  • Exposure to tender processes — RFPs, technical bid documents and comparative evaluations.
  • Comfortable conducting site surveys and turning findings into concept design and gap assessment reports.
  • Experience coordinating with OEMs, vendors and contractors on technical inputs and design validation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to clients in meetings and workshops.
